Our approach
We take properly submitted copyright complaints seriously. When a notice tells us that material we carry infringes somebody's rights, and it includes the information the law requires, we act on it. No broadcast content is hosted on this website itself; where a complaint relates to an upstream supplier, we forward it to them as well as taking our own steps. Customers are already barred from restreaming the channels under the KezelTV terms of service.
Where to send a notice
Send notices to our designated agent through WhatsApp, number +212 663 813 479, with the words "copyright notice" at the top so the message is routed correctly rather than mistaken for a support request. A typed notice is acceptable; a signed letter can travel as a PDF or a photo attachment. That route is watched at all hours and is the quickest way to have a notice reviewed.
Contents of a valid notice
Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material, specific enough for us to find it: the channel name and broadcast time, for example, or the title as listed in the library.
Your contact information, including a postal address and a way to reply to you.
A sentence confirming that you believe, in good faith, that neither the rights holder, its agent nor the law has permitted the use.
A declaration that the notice is accurate and that you may act for the owner of the right, made under penalty of perjury.
A signature, handwritten or electronic.
Identifying the material
Because broadcasts are not stored on this website, a link to one of its pages will not lead to the material. Instead, name the channel as it appears in a player and give the date and time it aired, with the time zone. For on-demand items, give the title exactly as listed and, for a series, the season and episode number.
Our response
We aim to reply within two business days and to act promptly on any valid notice. If something is missing from a notice, we tell you what it is rather than setting the notice aside.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe that happened in error, send a counter-notice through the same route containing the corresponding statements. We pass it to whoever filed the original notice and proceed as the law requires.
Customers who restream
If a notice shows that one of our customers is restreaming or reselling the channels, that account is closed under the fair-use rules and no refund is given.
Complaints about other matters
Trademark issues, privacy concerns or objections to something written on this site are separate from copyright notices, though we read them too. Use the same WhatsApp route and say in the first line what the message concerns, so it reaches the right person.
False or careless notices
In several countries, the United States included, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, can be liable for damages. Please check your facts before sending either kind of notice; we check ours before acting.
Scope of this policy
Responding to notices is not a statement about any rights we hold. The KezelTV service disclaimer explains what a subscription covers and where it stops, and general questions are better raised through the contact page, where they go straight to support.
If a line here leaves you unsure about an order, ask before you pay. The KezelTV desk replies on WhatsApp at +212 663 813 479 and through the KezelTV contact page, day and night, in everyday words.
