Trial requests and contact messages
Whatever you type into the trial request or the contact form reaches us: your name or email, which device you intend to watch on, a WhatsApp number when you add one, along with your IP address, which helps us filter out automated spam. The request is stored as a private record on this website, emailed to our team and mirrored to a Telegram notification for the team. Your browser then opens WhatsApp with the message already written, and nothing goes out there until you tap send yourself.
Inside the WhatsApp chat, the conversation contains whatever you and our staff write to each other. Card numbers are not something we hold: payment runs through the route you pick, and its details stay with that route.
What checkout collects
Ordering through the KezelTV checkout page asks for four details: an email address, the first name you go by, the country you live in and a WhatsApp number to reach you on. With them we receive the plan length and number of screens you selected, any coupon code you typed and the IP address the order came from. On submission the order gets a number of its own, is stored on this site as a private order lead, is emailed to the KezelTV team, and a copy pops up as a Telegram notification for our staff, which is how orders get answered fast. So that the confirmation screen can display what you ordered, a temporary summary is held for a few hours and then erased automatically.
Card and bank details are never requested on this website. You pay through a secure link that our published WhatsApp number sends you.
Why we use it
The information serves to set up your account, reply to you, send the payment link for your order and keep the Service working. We do not sell it, rent it or hand it to anyone for marketing. Nor do we log or profile what you watch: there is no business reason to, and holding such a record would only add risk.
Outside services that process it
A handful of outside providers handle part of this information because the site and the Service depend on them: our web host, the mail service that sends us form and order alerts, Telegram, which carries the alert copy, WhatsApp, where the conversation happens, and whichever payment provider you choose. Each applies its own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets only what it needs in order to work. There are no advertising trackers, and browsing data is not passed to ad networks. Should analytics ever be added, this section will say so first, and your consent will be asked before anything is stored.
Retention periods
Trial, contact and order records stay only while they serve a purpose, and are removed afterwards. The email and Telegram copies sit outside the website, and they are deleted along with everything else when you ask for erasure. Account details remain while your account is active and for a limited time after it ends, so a later renewal can pick up where you left off. Nothing is kept simply because it happens to exist.
Your rights over it
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, for corrections to it, or for its deletion. Write to us through WhatsApp, number +212 663 813 479, ideally from the number you ordered with, and a reply follows within 30 days. Erasing an active account also ends the Service, and we point that out before acting.
How it is protected
Connections to this site are encrypted, server access is restricted, and only a small number of staff can open customer records. No system is flawless; if a breach ever touched your information, we would let you know.
If a line here leaves you unsure about an order, ask before you pay. The KezelTV desk replies on WhatsApp at +212 663 813 479 and through the KezelTV contact page, day and night, in everyday words.
